We had a quick weekend stay at the Conrad Manila. We are big fans of the Conrad brand and have had amazing stays at their properties so we had high expectations.
Although the hotel itself was beautiful, the service was very inconsistent. The hotel just opened this year and it was evident that some of the the staff needed more experience. An example of this was when we requested a crib for the room. It took 4 calls for this and in the end, they told us that did not have a crib ready for us.
The hotel shows a lot of promise. Hoping that the hotel lives up to its Conrad branding and improves its service.
